Birkat HaBayit (The Home Blessing) is a traditional Jewish prayer traditionally hung near the entrance of a home. It is a spiritual petition for peace, health, prosperity, and joy to fill the living space, while warding off sorrow and conflict.
The text:
"Through this gate,
Let no sorrow enter.
In this dwelling,
Let no trouble come.
Through this door,
Let no fright enter.
Within these quarters,
Let no conflict arise.
In this place,
May there be blessing and peace."
