1. Who we are
These terms govern purchases made on jewishletterart.com, operated by MOTO Projekte OG, Untere Augartenstraße 38/5, 1020 Wien, Austria (UID ATU78983478). Full company details are available in our Legal Notice (Impressum).

2. Our products

• Prints: purchased directly through the website at the listed price.
• Originals: one-of-a-kind pieces. Some are available for direct purchase at the listed price. Others are listed for inquiry only — no binding sale occurs on those until confirmed separately with us. Each listing indicates which applies.
• Custom pieces: made to your specifications after a separate agreement on price, design, and timeline. Examples shown are for reference only and are not for sale as-is.

3. Prices & payment
All prices are listed in EUR. As a small business under the Austrian Kleinunternehmerregelung (§ 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG), we do not charge VAT — prices shown are the final amount you pay (excluding any customs/import duties for shipments outside the EU — see our Shipping Policy). Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments.

4. Shipping
We currently ship to the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, and the USA. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times, packaging, and customs information.

5. Warranty
Statutory warranty (Gewährleistung) under Austrian law applies — currently 2 years for physical goods from delivery.

6. Returns & withdrawal
See our Refund Policy for return eligibility and the withdrawal process. Custom commissions are made to order and are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

7. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Austrian law. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections provided by the laws of your country of residence.
