Shipping policy
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to the EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Israel, and the USA. Shipping is free to all of these destinations.
Shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or delays imposed by the destination country, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Packaging
All pieces — Prints, Originals, and Custom — are shipped unframed, rolled and protected inside a rigid shipping tube. Frames are not included and are not shipped, regardless of what's shown in product photos. This keeps shipping safer and more cost-effective, especially internationally.
Delivery times
- Within Austria: 1–2 business days
- Within the EU: 3–5 business days
- UK, Switzerland & Norway: 5–8 business days
- Israel & USA: 7–14 business days
