European Union

  • Customs duty: None
  • Import VAT / Tax: None

USA

  • Customs duty: Originals — duty-free under a longstanding US exemption for original fine art. Prints — 0–15%, depending on classification.
  • Import VAT / Tax: Not applicable (the US has no VAT)

UK

  • Customs duty: None on both original art and prints
  • Import VAT / Tax: Original pieces — approx. 5%. Prints — approx. 20%.

Israel

  • Customs duty: Originals — duty-free under the international convention for original artwork. Prints — none up to approx. $500; 0–12% above that, depending on classification.
  • Import VAT / Tax: None under approx. $75. Approx. 18% above that.

Switzerland

  • Customs duty: Generally minimal or none
  • Import VAT / Tax: Originals — may qualify for a Swiss VAT exemption for artist-shipped original works; contact us and we'll confirm eligibility for your order. Prints — approx. 8.1%.

Norway

  • Customs duty: None on orders under approx. NOK 350 (~€30); generally minimal above that for artwork
  • Import VAT / Tax: Originals — may qualify for a Norwegian VAT exemption for artist-shipped original works; contact us and we'll confirm eligibility for your order. Prints — approx. 25% on orders above approx. NOK 350.
