We offer all customers, regardless of location, a 14-day right of withdrawal on Prints and Originals purchased through the site, starting from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, contact us at hello@jewishletterart.com. A model withdrawal form is available here.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days.

Custom commissions are exempt from this right, as they are made to your specifications.

For customers within the EU, this right is additionally guaranteed under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
